This 5-minute meditation will help you start your morning off with confidence and be ready for a productive day. This is something a little bit different for me, but I wanted to do this because daily habits are such a big part of what I attribute my mindset and results to.
If you’re new to meditation, I suggest giving yourself the challenge to do this for 7 days straight, write down how you feel before meditation, and write down how you feel after meditation. Meditation is often something we say we have no time to do, but desperately need to…so set an alarm to meditate and come back here each day for 7 days.
